The bank has rapidly gone from The best to one of the worst in the country. Their Cc is good for nothing except time-wasting and procrastination tactics, in fact they're so good at it that they can be voted world leaders in it! My loan documents couriered by them were delivered to unknown recepients and on complaining about it, they reply that my email ID (via which the complaint was sent) is not registered with them? I could've found it hilarious if i would'nt have been so angry, the fact is that I have been a customer of the bank since 2004 And have always/still do interacted with them via the same ID: seerat.ahmad@gmail.com. Actually, while writing the present review, I'm receiving all sorts of alerts and info at this ID itself.
It is 3 days since the complaint and all I am getting from them repeatedly- each time by a different Cc exec- is that my ID is unknown to the bank. Wow what a circus!!
