It is an amazing looking laptop. Very thin, light and portable.
The issue that I have with it is that the battery backup is much lower than advertised. With chrome and excel open with mid brightness, I get about 3-4 hours of battery max as compared to 9 hours advertised.
The customer care is okay, they try to fix the problem but I think it is a hardware related issue only.
