My dad is an interior designer. He needs to take prints frequently. So he decided to buy a printer. Among the types of printers, laser printer being the best he decided to buy it. He consulted an shop owner and asked about the printers. He suggested the HP Laserjet printer. So he bought that printer for 6500INR. It is a black and white printer.
At the time of buying the shop keeper said that the ringer in the printer need not to be changed occasionally. This toner will work for atleast 2 year. But within 6 to 7 months, the quality of print was decreased. He consulted a repair shop. They said that the toner need to be replaced. From then Wer are replacing the toner atleast twice a year.
For the same price, even color printers are available in other brands. Atlast we felt like we wetter cheated by the HP printer.
Dear HP, please don't degrade your quality.
