HP has has now become easy to book because on online order and using app. Last week I ordered a refill of cylinder.I made online payment.But on delivery yesterday the delivery boy demanded Rs.20 extra. He said that this was a home delivery charge.I flatly refused and he started behaving rudely. I called the dealer office but no assistance was provided.HP gas should take strong action against such incompetent and indisciplined staff.
