I get the model, it’s polished and well-funded, but what I can’t ignore are some red flags. Employee reviews on platforms like AmbitionBox mention rowdy behaviour from managers and claim everything about the job was negative. Even though overall ratings show salary and benefits as good, work-life balance and job security get lower scores. And while ScamAdviser deems the site generally safe, it’s still relatively new, so my caution radar is on. If I were a creator or job-seeker, I’d want to hear direct experiences before diving in.
