Every hotel has the rooms, restaurant, more or less same facility but what makes the difference from crawd is their service. If we talk about royal mirage, they claim this hotel as two star hotel but the services are pathetic then dhaba. Rooms are too dirty and stinky. Cleanliness of bathroom has not been taken proper care. Room service are slow. Regular pest control was missing. Dirty linen was there in the room including towels.
Way to go to win customer delight. Being from hotel management graduate background I can say that they need to improve a lot to win satisfaction.
