The service quality and construbtion are poor.Location is convenient.Service is average.Check out time is 24hrs which is a plus point.Your money is not safe in room.Management is orthodox and no recognition to old customers.No internet and train reservation facilties available.Food is costly looking at location and place.Toilets are not properly ventilated.Suspected bed bugs in rooms.
Overall a reasonable hotel in old delhi near delhi station but in poor shape.Although rooms are big being old building.there is no bar faciltiy in near by area.
