Cheating in food packages .
I stay in this hotel for more than 5 yrs annually with my friends and families.
This time (14/15 July)we were a group of 17people and had booked 8rooms with buffet breakfast and buffet dinner.
The buffet breakfast was excellent including service of staff.
But when it came to dinner we were in a shock that there was no buffet dinner . Instead we were given a coupon of Rs 400 each to be redemmed in restaurant.
When we were in restaurant some of us were diverted to another shabby restaurant hall on the pretext to serve veg food .
When the rest of group insisted that we will have dinner in main hall , we were allowed.
The staff supervisor was making note on amount of order we were placing and denied food on individual table (one couple had sat on different table ) when we exceeded Rd 400/.
When we brought to his notice that we have 17 coupons and only 15 are dining still he failed to acknowledge that combine in total.
His interpretation was that we can have food less than 400 each but if it exceeded 400 on individual basis he would charge us irrespective that our bill was far too less than (17400=6800/-)
On asking about detailed bill regarding all he denied us the same.
Very bad attitude of staff and his superiors.
Do not expect this type of cheating from BLISS management.
