I bought a salwaar kamiz from here with all the good photos and also a good price and the fabric was also good and it had a good discount si without thinking I ordered it and I was waiting for the delivery for 10 days and I had already paid by debut card.
Getting tired of waiting I caked them and they said the product was returned but I said I had no such knowledge of this thing and I was waiting and even if it was returned why I haven't got any refund and they said it was cancelled by me as the courier company said and I was not refunded as I didn't requested it, wow.
The product got returned and I said can they do it, they said it will charge me thus time as cancellation before but I said its not my fault just because courier company couldn't reach me they returned it.
After fighting and arguing for 10 days finally I got my refund back with such a headache. After such a frustrating experience I cannot do any shopping here ever again.Very irritating and unhelpful customer service.
