Hii friends, I would like to share my personal experience with the Hombuilt.com
One day my refrigerator got damaged. I was in a great worried that from where I repaired it. I asked from my friend. He suggested me to repair it from Hombuilt.com
So I called them and I registered myself on there. They asked me about problem. I told them problem and said to send an electrician. I asked them how muchh cost will charge. They said that 1000 would be charged.
Next day an electrician came. He was very rude in behaviour. He asked to show the refrigerator. I showed him. He seemed to be unprofessional.
After repaired he demanded for rs. 1500 but I told him that your customer service charged rs. 1000.
But he demanded again and again of rs. 1500. I gave him rs. 1500.
Hombuilt.com is a worst site and give a bad service. There staff is very rude. I suggest not to call them.
