I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service provided by Priyansh Electronics and the quality of Hitachi products.


I had purchased two Hitachi air conditioners from Priyansh Electronics with the assurance that they would be delivered within 2 hours. However, the delivery was made only after 4 hours, despite multiple follow-up calls and reminders.


To make matters worse, upon delivery, the outer units of both ACs were infested with antsboth large and small. Shockingly, one unit was completely defective. The ants had built a colony inside the unit, and the entire PCB was covered in ants, rendering the AC completely non-functional right from the start.


Such negligence in handling, storage, and quality control is unacceptable from a reputed brand like Hitachi and its authorized dealer. I expected professionalism and product quality in line with the brands reputation, but instead, I have faced significant inconvenience, wasted time, and unnecessary frustration.


This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would strongly caution prospective buyers to think twice before purchasing from Priyansh Electronics or trusting Hitachi without verifying product condition thoroughly at the time of delivery.


It's been 4 days and I have not received the outer unit for my other AC.
