I joined henry harwin in 2023. False promises were made and the curriculum is really poorly structured. Not so well trained teachers. They barely know how to teach and the team is not responsive. If you are someone who wants to prepare for TEF examination, henry harwin would be my last suggestion. A third country type education system to sum it up. Me and my friend joined henry harwin together and my friend got the course on a month to month rental basis however I paid for the full course once and for all. The difference in the behaviour of the staff was very evident in terms of fetching money and disappearing. One of their instructors told me that they will extend my course because of all the miscommunication that happened from their end and now they are asking me for a written communication and are not responsive at all. Their response time is once a week on average and their staff clearly doesnt care if you have paid the amount in full. Their third world country is a depiction of how majority educational institutions function in India and its disappointing to see that a language that is so diverse being taught in such a casual way with zero flexibility which is opposite to what they promise. If anyone is reading this, please choose wisely and go with an instructor who knows what he is teaching and an institution which is not so commercialized that all they care about is getting money by false promises and getting an expensive marketing team to market fake promises to students who are actually willing to learn. I also tried reaching their customer support multiple times but they always reply with an automated message and my friend did the same but they called him. This is a biased way to deal with customers who have paid in full versus the customer who is yet to pay. I tried my level best to reach someone out on email and calls as well.
