I bought a Suunto digital watch for Rs. 30000 from this store in late 2014. In February, the watch broke down. I took it to the store for repairs and was told it would take 30 to 45 days to repair the watch! 30 days later, the store manager avoids my calls(the salesmen always say the store manager has left for the day),
The salesmen themselves dodge my calls, and eventually the franchise owner calls me up and says it will take 90 more days to repair the watch. I ask for my money back as the watch obviously is a dud, but that is refused.
Emails to the main company(Titan/Helios) go unanswered. Avoid like the plague.
