I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY COMPLETE REPORT AFTER GIVING A BLOOD SAMPLE 2 TIMES. I RECEIVED ONLY MESSAGES OF PARTIAL REPORTS. NO ONE BOTHERS TO CALL OR MESSAGE 2ND TIME. I RAISED A REQUEST FOR A REFUND BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL.
