I am the customer of HDFC bank since 4 years. I opened an account in HDFC bank for the purpose of net banking and ATM withdraw limit. I satisfied from the both.
Customer service provided by HDFC bank was good. It’s usually given to high net-worth individuals who have higher ITR or a better relationship value with the bank.
The banking staff is always pleasant to talk to and addresses your issue in a very cordial manner.The staff is also very helpful and always welcoming when ever you visit the hdfc bank. Its is always clean fress fresh atmoshphere at hdfc regardless of the branch.
