Post demonetization the Home loan rate has gone down as per the instructions from the RBI. But HDFC is not reducing it for its existing customers.
I have submitted two queries since last three weeks. Everytime im being told that they are recalibrating the rates for existing customers and they will do it afterwards.
For new customers they are ready to provide with low intrest rates but for existing customers they have no pain.??
