I have been working with HCL technologies since 2 years. It doesnt matter how hard and honestly you are working you will get very less or no increment.Too much politics are there in the organization. I would rather say bad politics.Everyone tries to get promoted by making you down.If you are buttering your managers then you will definitely get promoted .There is no career growth at all in this company.
