I wrote this email with regard to the refund of Payment.
This email was sent on 21st Sept 2017, no communication till date and they are the worst people I have to meet in my lifetime on 10th Oct I called, they told it will take 30 days to get my money refund. problem is from there side and I have to wait for my money. Hathway is lack of working people.
Any suggestions how to handle these persons.
I have made payment of Rs.512 on 20th Sept 12:51 PM Transaction Id R-9472270
As your team communicated that my area was not feasible.
Do the refund ASAP.

Firstly a lady called to renew the account with Rs.512/-, She has taken my address, But she doesn't know that my area is feasible or not. I have been waiting for a call from yesterday, as she told that I will get a call but no one called me. I called customer care No 040-66989898 one gentleman took my call and told your connection will be done and activated today or by tomorrow morning, but insisted him to make me speak to your team. and another gentleman he was well and good script reader. He asked sir is your cabling done what an over action. Again checked my address and told sir your area not feasible.
Is customer care is set to make people fool around? or they have trained in a way to make customer move around and hitting in bushes. Please take this is a fine example of your employee caliber.
A lady who called me with mobile number 07330350501, Very intelligent, told to recharge and promised to install by EOD. She doesn't know the feasible areas. When I am calling today she is not taking the call. What is the meaning of this attitude?
