If your Hyundai car is facing any issue and you think the service center will fix it, please do not visit them. They will ruin your car further instead of resolving the problem.
In my case, they changed the engine head, yet the issue still persists. It has been over 3 weeks and they are still unable to fix the problem. Not only has the value of my car degraded, but the mental harassment from their team has been unbearable. Instead of providing a proper solution, they are now trying to forcibly return the car without actually resolving the issue.
The key person for the harassment is Shekhar Verma and Shri prakash. They will ignore your messages and not at all bothered for your car.
Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.
