Bought a Haier fridge thinking I was getting a sleek, budget-friendly appliance, and it worked fine for a few months, but then came the cooling issues, weird noises, and eventually a total breakdown. Customer service was a nightmare that was characterized by slow responses, vague fixes, and finally striking the gavel with their technicians, who seemed more confused than helpful. Even under warranty, getting a simple part replaced took weeks. The door seal wore out way too early, and temperature control became a guessing game. I ended up spending more on repairs than I ever expected. It might look modern, but the performance still belongs to an old, lost era. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again, and I wouldn’t recommend it either.
