I bought a few Gucci pieces, track pants, shoes, and I bought a pair of black GG tights from Medium before the end of last year. They suit well and they're very spacious(I'm 5ft5). Then I bought Medium's beige interlocking G tights because I liked the black too much. I took them out of the plastic sleeve, but I didn't try them on as I thought they'd match. They're the same size after all, right? Incorrect. They were so much smaller in comparison. I wanted to get an exchange, but if they were removed from their plastic sleeve, I was told they do not refund/exchange tights! This is not said anywhere on their website. And how does a client feel they've ordered the right size without buying it?
