Has with my recently order experience through Nearbuy was worst.I have order portonics earphones worth rs 210 and they have mention that your order will be deliver within 10 days. I have order the earphones on 28th of jaunary at 2.10 pm and today is 8th of February. So I have called their customer care on 7th of january and told them about this issue.
The customer care executive told me that they are transferring your call to head and told me to wait for a while and after 10 seconds my call was automatically disconnected .And today in the morning when I again call them they told your order has been cancelled.But how my order got cancelled no mail, Nothing.From now onwards I will better go for Snapdeal or amazon.They provide best service.
