I purchased an LG fridge and a prestige induction cooker from Nandhilath G mart at Karamana. The products were delivered at an additional cost at my apartment. Within half an hour of delivery, I noticed that there were multiple scratches on the induction cooker and the fridge including a dent. I rang up the sales person and informed them immediately and he was apologetic and said the issue would be sorted the next day and replacements will be sent. 3 days later didn't hear anything back from them and I was told by the sales rep that he was away on a personal errand and I was given the number of his colleague. This guy feigned ignorance when I raised the issues that I had done 3 days earlier and I spoke to his manager Mr Renjith. I have never spoken to someone who is as rude and unhelpful as him in a customer service role and question the ethics of a company that actually keep someone like this in a managerial position. He asked us to bring the products back to the show room if we want to replace them?! I'm currently trying to escalate this through a complaints system to no effect and I'm planning to pursue this legally.
Please for the love of God do not use this fraudulent company who preys on consumers with shocking after sales behaviour.
