Gopu Nandilath G Mart, Trivandrum

I purchased an LG fridge and a prestige induction cooker from Nandhilath G mart at Karamana. The products were delivered at an additional cost at my apartment. Within half an hour of delivery, I noticed that there were multiple scratches on the induction cooker and the fridge including a dent. I rang up the sales person and informed them immediately and he was apologetic and said the issue would be sorted the next day and replacements will be sent. 3 days later didn't hear anything back from them and I was told by the sales rep that he was away on a personal errand and I was given the number of his colleague. This guy feigned ignorance when I raised the issues that I had done 3 days earlier and I spoke to his manager Mr Renjith. I have never spoken to someone who is as rude and unhelpful as him in a customer service role and question the ethics of a company that actually keep someone like this in a managerial position. He asked us to bring the products back to the show room if we want to replace them?! I'm currently trying to escalate this through a complaints system to no effect and I'm planning to pursue this legally.

Please for the love of God do not use this fraudulent company who preys on consumers with shocking after sales behaviour.

I brought aSamsung TV from Nandilath G Mart karamana on June 2022 after 1 or 2 days of purchase the TV started showing display issues. The technician came a month later and told only panel replacement is possible which I couldn't agree on.So I had to file a case against Nandilath and Samsung to get a settlement.They sell products with discount rate compared to others dealers so to attract customers.But we fall for that and pay the price.Be careful and if possible don't purchase any products especially TV from Nandilath.

I have recently purchased a washing machine WA70N4261SS, from one of your dealers named Nandilath G-Mart, kannur branch , GST No, 32ACCPG7719G1ZW.

When i purchased the device , the staff didnt provide same day delivery and insisted further they will delivery in 2 days or so but i wanted by next day at most so they delivered by next day noon.

When i received the product via delivery , there was no seal , fully opened , and had a few scratched around it also , but when i called the store to enquire about the same there was no response and they were responding like it will be like that only , you just have to take it .

Im really surprised to get such pathetic service from a dealer which also a certified dealer of samsung ,

Further there also was an issue regarding billing of a different product where when there was a free product, they also billed almost mrp for the free product and then charging us the item with no discount and all , .

The issue is like we were told a device was of value 4 k and a free gift was given, but in the bill what they are doing is creating a bill for the device around 3.8k and billing .2k for the free gift , which i didnt feel very neat because of this billing issue experienced , i strongly suspect their un willingness to provide a sealed product as a fraud ( further because i found a few teared labels in the washing machine )

When i m visiting a store which is mentioned as a samsung authorised dealer , i expect clear transparency in the sale and billing process and further I expect the product to be delivered in a sealed condition .

I tried contacting higher authorities for this cause but the response was always like we only deliver seal opened products and the customer have to be fine with that . Since the is no responsible response from the Nandilath G-Mart, Gopu Nadilath group , i m forced to post here .

Please think twice before purchasing from Nandilath G mart kannur .

AVOID Nandilith G Mart, They a worst dealer ever in KERALA  . They sell TOY E-Products.

I bought a new Mitashi LCD TV(TOY TV - AVOID IT) from nandilith G mart karamana for 24K, and it was a second-hand / defective TV. The TV box seal was tampered and was replaced by a sellotape seal, TV LCD panel had many scratches and was defective. There was a white spot on centre of LCD panel. I called their support and they refuse to talk to me. They said they have nothing to do with it, call Mitashi Customer Service for any help.

Don’t buy any products from them or check the product seal and it working status before purchase . Otherwise you will be cheated . They are CHEERERS / ROBBERS /THIEF’S  and MOREEE

Today I visited the gopu's G mart @ edappally toll Kochi. This is the second time and this time with my family . Both was worst experience. The Shruthisharma staff behave very strangely. I was looking for a 1T  - 5* ac  LG / Whlpool / Samsung.

The staff in their ac outlet didn't even like as we entered the smorpheushumanp. Nobody cared. We wandered some time at last I asked the counterman. He didn't smorpheushumanw the items. Just looked down the price list and told the price roughly.

We waited some more time and walked out to other smorpheushumanp and bought the item at a better price. On discussion, my friends told the items sold in G mart are second quality. On close watching you can notice a damage well polished. Most of their customers are ignorant people and they wont entertain good customers. After sale service is also poor. Once the bill is paid, they behave strangely.

I m lucky that I did not purchase anything from them. Better don't drop down at Gopu's G mart.

This review is about Gopu Nandilath Gmart at Edappalli Toll, Kochi. Recently I visited that shop to buy a new TV set. I had done my home work by checking out online portals for available models, features, offers and best prices.

I found the Nandilath shop at Edappally matching with a flipkart experience in all aspects. The staff were knowledgable about the products and features, were ready to answer any questions which we had, were courteous and friendly. The store had big collection of TVs.The price offered by them were BETTER than that I found in Flipkart! It beat all my expectations.

Strongly suggest anyone planning to buy home appliances at Kochi, take a look at this shop before ordering it online or buying from anywhere else.

It all started when the ceiling fan in my room stopped working, instead of buying the fan from the regular small shops near my house I thought ill buy one from one of the more popular outlets, which is QRS where I have bought stuffs previously. On the way I decided to drop by KFC and have a small snack, when I got out of kfc, I noticed Gopu nandilath G mart in the same building which is also another lesser known but big outlet where u get all the home appliances and other electronic devices. Instead of going to QRS I went to nandilath G mart, the salesman greeted me and took me where the ceiling fans were kept. They had brands like Havels, Bajaj, V guard and the horrendous Luminous which has sachin's picture in the package to fool people into buying this god forsaken product. Havels was my first choice but it starts from 2000rs so I thought ill go for a cheaper one and the sales guy kept on telling me to buy luminous. It seems many customers gave positive feedback about this brand.

I bought a luminous fan for Rs1450, went home, called the electrician and as he was trying to fix the fan, he found out that one of the screw socket was faulty and the leaf of the fan couldn't be attached to the fan, so I took the fan back to the Gmart paying 100rs for the auto as my vehicle was at service. I kept telling the same sales guy that I need another company like havels and that ill pay the extra money and take it but no, this other fellow comes and tells me once the bill is done they cant edit it so I have to take the same model different one home. So again I took another piece of Luminous fan to my house and tried to fix it up this time the screw does not come out of the fan and the leaf cant be attached, me and this professional electrician both tried our best yet we couldn't take out the screw, I lost it this time. I just wanted to go back and bash them up, I took the fan again and went back to this horrible place paying another Rs100 for the auto. I tried not to make a scene there but I did anyway as I couldn't control myself. They tried to unscrew it to no avail. I told them if they don't give me havel's fan or refund my money I am going to sit there till its done.

Finally the manager comes up and shows me how to unscrew on a new piece of Luminous fan, Bravo, someone has to teach me how to unscrew a bolt and I have to teach that to the professional electrician at my house. Hilarious! Its unbelievable that they are trying to force that worthless stuff on me again. But I made myself clear that I need another brand and finally after half an hour of billing and stuff I paid the extra 600 or so money and bought myself a havel's fan for 2100rs which worked flawlessly. Moral of the story:- 1) Never settle for a cheaper device  2) Never shop at Gopu Nandilath Gmart 3) Avoid Luminous like its plague.

I have visited the showroom twice, and both time faced an unpleasant behavior from the sales lady.

I was looking for mixer grinder and juicer. She behaves as if she knows everything, but when we ask for some details of the equipment, she always get irritated and do not give us correct explanations. Moreover they have only very few options in the mixer grinder and juicer section. They compel us to buy what they have. Please never visit this section of the showroom.

Just dropped in to share with you my experience with the biggest consumer retailer in kerala, the Nandhilath Gmart . I had by reservations when I stepped in, big stores dont really dont enjoy much cumsumer confidence, at least not mine for sure!

So yes I was there searching for a cute little washing machine for ma new home, and had my shopaholic wife tagging along. The guys over there were cool and friendly, as always I just stoped after looking at two models but my wife was all over the place, asking technical details of each thing that she could lay her hands on( not that she understood a single thing, I even overheard the poor guy sayin "its not an washin machine mam'")

So ultimately, I guess what am trying to say here is the customer support and the attitude of the guys was great, they had the patience and knowledge . The price of the product too was fair . discounts & free gifts? they did give me some discount and gifts yes a Football!

So yes the idea here is as person to person those guys at the lower end of the corporate chain were doin a great job( doesn't happen everywhere), so I thought that they deserved this . Thank you guys

I went there to buy an A/C with 5 star rating. They were recommending a local brand by the name Lyold's. They are the only distributers for Trivandrum. They offer a cheap price around 21, 000. I could bargain other brands down to around 23, 500 at other shops. We were carried away by the 21, 000 price for Lyold's at Gopu Nandilath. I compared the price at other shops and they were willing to offer other brands like electrolux etc for 23, 500 including installation and stabilizer. I went for cheaper 21, 000 Lyolds with additional told installation cost of just 700.

When they came home for installation, the hidden cost started to come into picture. It cost me total of 1500 for shoddy work(compared to 700 told at the shop). After the installation, they informed that stabilizer was not free, I need to spend another 2000 for the same. These all were offered at other shops as free. When we buy a car, do we specify, I want the car with headlight or do we say I want a car with viper. We all know that the car comes with headlight and viper. Again since the installation was not complete I had to spend additional 1000 Rs for another electriction to get the connection completed. Total cost 21, 000+ 1500+2000+1000= 25500. I would have got a better company A/C for cheaper price at other shops.

I also ordered the Fridge. Normally when you buy from a shop, it is their responsibilty for bringing it to house and install it. They came with one guy to deliver and he said. I cannot carry alone. We have to call the union guys to bring it to the house and we have to pay extra for it. Finally me and my brother carried it inside the house.

Next time pay extra attention when they say cheap at Gopu Nandilath G -Mart. It actually means cheap service.
