I started using Google drive from a few months, and I have tosay I am very much satisfied with it.
I always upload some important files on my drive, and some private photos by making different folders in the drive. This helps me to save some space on my device, and also I can access the file whenever I require them.
Also if I have to share some files with my friends or some important files to discuss with my boss, then I don't have to download the whole file. I just provide the download link from my google drive app in my android phone, and they just have to click the link to download the file. These saves my time, space and also mobile data.
And the best thing is that, it is very fast. It gives me and upload speed of nearly 1mbps to 2mbps on wifi, and download speed of 3 to 5 mbps. You must give it a try.
