My name is Rohit, Gomechanic company is totally fraud and fake company, I will advise to everyone not to service ur car with this company of you love it car, ppl in this company never on time lifts our call also after taking your vechile they will charge you x amount by stating that vechile has too many issues when you are not on a condition to check or verify, while taking your vechile pickup guys will never show or provide us any info regarding the car nor any ID they will show. Yesterday I gave my car for service at 11am and the price estimation was around 7k but before pickup, but after 3hr they gave me the quote of 17k and after asking them what is going on they told they will get back to me, but unfortunately no body calls or take the responsibility, they promised me that the car will be delivered same day but it didn't happened and it took more than 24hrs. They have mentioned that my car suspension is poor whereas a day before I came form GOA and the journey travelled almost 1300km also included off roads but till that time suspension was working very fine.
Kindly do not provide ur vechile to this company as they are working only to charge you hell amount of money with poor pathetic service.
