Travelling to bangalore today 1-11-24 @maaz_nawaz from mangalore by 6:40 pm flt. Encountered an extremely rude agent at the boarding gate. My feedback given at the gate by taken as an argument by the agent. The last call is supposed to be 25 mns before the takeoff. But the person hurried me like crazy by 6:15 for a 6:40 flight.
