One of the worst unethical and unprofessional app for travel. They kept me waiting till the last minute and then sent me message saying please book alternate at the last minute when I have no option to get a cab and missed my flight from Delhi. I booked cab from Haldwani. The site know the vendor is not willing to take up this booking still they hanged till the last minute and I had to go thru torture. I have to be at my place for attending a meeting which was very critical. My issue is they should have informed me in advance so that I can take up another option or they should have told me if they needed more money. Why to make someone wait till the end. I hope they take necessary step and not cheat others and not make others life miserable. Please don’t use this app and it’s not reliable and they don’t know how to handle the situation at the last minute and don’t have any alternate options and if u r relying on them u tend to have financial and mental impact. Worst and unethical app
