This site to cheat people. It is involved with many frauds. I had done a hotel booking for my family(Booking no HTL4TA98D3) .I mailed the Hotel to reconfirm booking and found that there is no booking.
Waiting for the refund since many days . Customer support is very poor. They don't have ivr option for international hotel booking. Hotel clearly says that there is no booking with them and no such room with two double beds. I have made numerous complains and follow ups. There is no action from their side.
