These people are more interested in trying to improving their rating by posting fake reviews rather than improving their service. You can make the difference between a company which is really committed to their customer service and the one which tries to act like one. This one is of the second category. And as such people should run away from these companies as internet is full of crap companies which is ready to run away with your money.
