Why the train which is already delayed is made to. Review on General Tips on Indian Railways

Friends I would like to share my concern with the Indian Railways though we have in our country has the largest train network but why we are so lagging in punctuality and information to the passenger. I have been to Mumbai from Lucknow via AC superfast summer special train this train was delayed by 3 hrs initially and ends up in 13 hrs delay and by the time I reached Mumbai it was almost 22 hrs delayed but no one bothered the amenities inside the train though it was complete AC train it was stingy no cleanliness at all no one bothers to get it cleaned at any station though it has stopped on almost every station. Whatever our politician says but Indian railways has to improve on the aspect of punctuality and communication with the passengers. I would recommend people to use airways rather than railways as it might end you up in delayed or endless journey. horrible.
