Hey guys iam going to share my experience on food. Food is necessary for life. It givess us adequate energy to live and work. Healthy food should always be taken to maintain a healthy the life. So I am going to give some tips on what to eat and how healthy it could be for your life.


As we know to maintain a healthy life and stay avoided from disease you need to eat healthy. You should eat healthy food like veggies fruits and juice and so on. The major thing you have to concentrate on keeping balance between your diet and provide your body with highly nutritious food.


You need to get protein by eating vegetables and green foods, nuts and beans etc.


Eat foods made at home and drink much water and stay away from junk food. Fruits like apple, pomegranate, oranges can provide you carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and etc.


So eat healthy and stay healthy.hope you like my review.
