Never thought that Tatas would provide such a dull service. Since 18th Apr there is no signal and after contacting the customer care they said give a missed call to a particular number.I did that and then there was no work order then I sent a sms NS to 56633 after which I got a work order and since then there is no one to help.
Finally have disconnected the service. Very bad service. Hard to connect to call centre and once you do they say sorry I cannot hear you and disconnect my tat sky ID is 1137975205.
