My experience with gemsratna is worst.i ordered blue sapphire from them. I have paid 10, 000 to them. It took around 4 weeks to reach me.They told me that they will returned my gemstone if it doesn't suits me they returned itunder their lifetime money back guarantee.i have requestd them to returned it. only after 15 days.But they don't respond to my phone, my Mail or not even customer service support.They are such a fraud people.Even I visited their address.They have given wrong address. Both address are wrong.Never trust this site.i request everybody who want to buy the gemstone plz dont buy from them.I really feel cheated.The quality is also very poor.They are cheater n scoundrel people.They only want to make money by cheating other people. It's my humble request to never buy gemstone from this gemsratna.com website.Otherwise you will be cheated like me.Take lesson from other experience. Thanks.
