My experience with gemsratna is worst.i ordered blue sapphire from them. I have paid 10, 000 to them. It took around 4 weeks to reach me.They told me that they will returned my gemstone if it doesn't suits me they returned itunder their lifetime money back guarantee.i have requestd them to returned it. only after 15 days.But they don't respond to my phone, my Mail or not even customer service support.They are such a fraud people.Even I visited their address.They have given wrong address. Both address are wrong.Never trust this site.i request everybody who want to buy the gemstone plz dont buy from them.I really feel cheated.The quality is also very poor.They are cheater n scoundrel people.They only want to make money by cheating other people. It's my humble request to never buy gemstone from this gemsratna.com website.Otherwise you will be cheated like me.Take lesson from other experience. Thanks.

I came across their site through gemstone recommendation, I ordered the detailed gemstone advice and their astrolgers predictions were very apt I informed them about the problems that I am facing they prescribed me with stones. The prices were high but since the gemstones natural and lustrous they informed these the least price to get the gemstone of high quality.

Services are good and customer support is also good. Deliver timeliness is good and regarding website there are good natural products and they have also provided the gemstone certification.

Hello im going to share my experience with you guys about gemsratna.com

Its a website where we can buy gemstone according to out sunsigns. There website is the worst fist they show red moonga and when you see the picture it will look orange.

I ordered h 5 carat panna square for my friend . But the service I got was the worst . Firstly they took almost 4 week to reach my address I kept on getting a msg that it will reach within 1 week but 4 weeks are too long.

The packaging was so cheap no bubble wrap thats just a pouch in a box thats why there was a little crack on the gemstone. The price is also too high I found out afyer I bought it when I compare it to an offline shop.

I wrote an email about it but got no respinse just a automated reply.

I am using Gems Ratna stone for long 2 years and trust me, my luck going up every days. I never pick back steps after using its Gem Stone. All stones are original. One more thing here I want to say don't use any stone, just use according to your Rashi because if you use any, then it maybe a negative effect. I remember, my friend used Yellow Sapphire and within 5 days he got alot loss. I visit this site on the 12 July 2017 for buying some jewel.

I face many problem while opening and ordering the gems such like : -

a) The interface is not good and inteactive at all while opening this number you should prefer not to buy the product from this website.

b) The speed of the opening the website is very slow this website 12 sec too load in 10 MBPS plan of the internet which is too much high time.

c) I order the jewels ( 3) of the black color by paying 7999 rupees and the jewels were deliver of the red color after 10 days of the ordering.

d) I return those jewel and re order the black jewel and my return process were first time cancel by them and second time they accept my request and take the red jewel and give me a 3 black jewel.

This many problem I face while using this website.

So, rather than using the this website you should by it from the paytm app they were also providing good and attractive jewel.

These points are following like - Customer service - If your product quality is not good than you keep best customer service to cusonlting any users problem but Gensratha have not good servies .

Customer tried to contect but not give any response. Product Quality-There product quality is not good they show more expansive price iteam with compare to other online shoping website. Delivary Time -Gemsratha takes more time to deliver any product to customer.

Many times delivery boy comes late and product in this box is different .

Website Realiblity-There website takes more times to load and many times is hang.

I have bought panna with silver ring from GemsRatna.com.

First of all, thanks to the team to deliver it is small town of Odisha. This was the first time that I purchased any gemstone from website. I read reviews about this site some were good and some were bad. Though, I thought of speaking to their representative.

A guy named Rakshit picked the call.

I asked him several question to inquire about their authenticity he politely answered all my doubt. I was informed by a local astrologer to wear a Moonga but when I provided the details about my birth. He told me that as per my current Lagna Dasha the best gemstone for me was Emerald. So, what I did I went to another site named astrosage.com and filled my birth details for gemstone. Even their result was showing was Emerald.

So, I called this guy Rakshit once again for the prices, he sent me pictures and video on my whatsapp number for different emeralds. I found one from the shown best quality and in my range.

However, I asked him if this is 100% real he told me that I can visit gemstone lab and get it certified and told me if I find the gemstone duplicate or fake then he will refund back complete amount.

He told me that IGI is the best gemstone lab approved by government so I requested for the IGI certification of the panna that I opted to purchase.

I ordered them to create the silver ring for it. Finally, I received my package with its certification approved by IGI lab.

Even, I made made payment in two rounds. They are trustworthy. when I was reading comments below I found that many of them writing that they sell bag, shoes however, they only deal with gemstones.

In todays world there are numerous web based shoping site which are fake and they are doinig bamboozling with the customer. Gemsratna.com is ine of them, I have requested a dark stone a month prior when I get my item, the diamond is of awful quality. At that point I went to my neirby shop of diamonds they disclosed to me this is copy stone which is extremely shoddy. The customer servuce is most noticeably awful bucause for a long time they even did not react to my issue. Furthermore, after some time they say that we can assist u with this issue. This is not dependable site by any means.

Yesterday I had shopping from Gemsratna.com and here is my review on it.

Customer service : I personally didn't like the customer service because I made all the purchases online and after the purchase I received a confirmation message and then I got a call from their customer service and then again and again I was getting calls and messages from their side which was very irritating.

Product quality : I ordered a pair of shoes which was very costly and I got it at a discounted price but the shoes got damaged after 2 months only so the quality of product is not so good.

Delivery timelines : They are very fast as I got my product within just 2 days of order which is very good.

App and websites : Firstly the app and websites of Gemsratna is obscure and very few people know about this website even the structure of the website is not good you won't get the entire detail of the product on website and app.

Reliability : After getting a low quality product I don't think this site is reliable.

I will not recommend this website.

I have orderd a puckhraj from this website with silver ring. They delivery perfectly on time but problem arises when my panditji saw that stone and saied that ut is not original and it is fake. They have good quality lab certified gemstones of different varieties at different price. I recommend gemsratna.com to purchase gemstones online. they have good qualities of gemstones. I have purchased emerald from their site and I received it on time and I went at different shops but due to authenticity I didn't purchased they provided the govt lab certification also. Their sales representative told me that if I don't found the gemstones upto mark the quality I need I can return back to him within 15 days. But I really didn't find it to return back. thank you

I called up their sales guy and provided them details for my dob, place and time he transferred my call to the astrologer. He provided all the details about my lagna and planetary position and ratna best suited for me. I ordered red coral and asked for certification. Within 3 days I received my monga which was in very good quality without any defect.

On 27 novemeber 2016 I have order blackstone from gemsratna which is of rupess 3999 with silver ring. And I received on 8 december 2016 . when I open the package I look to the ring and stone I got to know its a fake stone. Not a real stone. Then I contact to gemsratna.com customer care people he was giving me silly excuses. I told return back my money you send me fake blackstone. I also took the ring and show to near my area shop of gemstone, they told it fake they fooled you. Complain of them when I call again to their number they didnt pickup my call. Gemsrantna.com is fake site do not purchase anything from them.
