I worked in ge capital for 1 year had mixed experience there. The good thing is work environment and ofcousre employee centric. Company runs their survey once in every month to get feedback from employee about comany and senior employees. Sometimes it is harsh as one need to feel it at any cost as its so much time taking. Well its not bad thing.
The bad thing bout compnay is they only need work to be done. They focus on quantity not quality. There are some managers who go for quanity whcih lower emplyee give rather quality.rest all is good and I must say the best.since its an international brand.
