It is very sad that even if It is situated in very famous and very big mall V3S but its service is very poor. Though I know that cinepolis is a very large theatre chain but this theatre is not meeting expectations.
Sometimes I feel that they are not taking care of customers satisfaction. Because they are charging heavy amount from customers but not making improvements in customer services.
Ambience:
This theatre is small as compare to others. If I talk about Audi 1 it is very small.
Price of tickets:
Price of tickets are too high. Sometimes they charged more than 350 for a ticket. On the other hand the canteen items are also over priced.
Quality of picture and sound:
It is Normal not for 3D. My experience to watch 3D movie is extremely bad. Sound quality is not an issue. It is okay.
Is it Value for money?
As far as 3D movies is concern definitely the answer is NO. But in general if you live nearby and you don't want to travel for movie then only go there. Otherwise there are sufficient amount of other theatres who provides better service.
