I am here to highlight an issue of recharging through these useless people.
I did a recharge of 251 rs on 30th Dec 2011.
As mentioned on website its a recharge, which is supposed to get converted into recharge amount on my number.
But this amount they used to activate some useless 3 G plan and no money was added to my prepaid account.
After contacting operator they said they cant do anything.
After contacting these free charge customer support, they say, we can't do anything contact the operator.
What I feel, if I am paying it to free charge, its their responsibility to get it done.
Either they should mention the price wise recharge values on website or should not carry any other random amount .
In this way I lost all my money, and after mailing to them 10 times also, every time these free charge guys say, we cant to anything we are just mediator.
bloody idiotic reply.
