I had recharged for Rs. 200FTT with freecharge. the money got deducted but my balance was not credited with Rs. 200. FC sent a message that it would be credited to my bank account within 4-7 working days. further, I had got a message from tatadocomo regarding special tariff plan. when I recharged through FC, the benefit dint get credited. tatadocomo asked me to contact FC for the special recharge benefit. their call center no. does not connect to humans and instead just the voice gets repeating without connecting it to a customer care representative. never recommend FC for any recharges of bills, mobile payments, etc.,
