I had purchased a fossil wrist watch 3 years back. It has a very attractive dial and good metal belt; even after 3 yrs of regular use still there are no scratches on the dial or belt. The shine of the belt is still intact. I service the watch every year once. The customer service is very good; the best part being they only take 1 hr to service the watch. Mumbai has a service center in almost every zone. The staff at the service/ purchase center is also very co-operative and supportive. Overall a very reliable brand.!
