I shopped at the Forest Essentials store at Oberoi Mall, would expect staff at such a premium store to be better trained. I only wanted to buy a shampoo, and kept telling the saleswoman that’s all I want. Yet she tried to sell the hair revitalizer, the hair mask, the face moisturizer, the face illuminating cream. And when I refused, she told me the prices are about to go up, so it’s better to stock up. When she finally completed the transaction, she asked me if I’ve brought my own bag!!! All their products are so expensive, the cost of the products are in-built in the price, and yet you make the customer feel like they need to bring their own bag. It wasn’t a pleasant shopping experience for me.
