Hello friends!
Today I am sharing my problems, faults, opinions and experience on flipkart with all of you.
I am a member of flipkart since 2015.
In context to customer service, it is a very bad website. The customer service associates make the customers fool. Once they told me on one of my purchase that they will give me 10% cashback of my purchase when the product is shipped to me but the did not.
The products on flipkart are of very inferior quality. I have purchased two trimmers, one get defected within two month and other get defected within three months.
The delivery mostly takes more time then described. Some sensitive products I have purchased like glass goods etc are broken duo to careless delivery. The delivery boy does not handle the products with care.
Flipkart app is not very good. I needs a lot of space. In context to website of flipkart, it signed me out every time I exit the browser and also it has many ads.
The flipkart company is not reliable i.e unreliable. It should be and must be more reliable.
