We purchase Prabhat Cow ghee from Flipkart. We called Flipkart and got full detail description and then we purchased it from Flipkart. when we received the product from Flipkart, we were surprised. Looking at the product, it is of the same quality as Dalda.
The quality of Prabhat Ghee is so bad that you can't even eat it.
These are all quality issues of the product. Today we called Flipkart and informed their executive. Flipkart executive promised us that we will either get a refund or we will return the product and arrange another product for you. Flipkart has just sent us a message this evening in which it is written that this product will not be returned.
This is a very big type of cheating which is not acceptable to us. We have even told them that if this continues, we will send them the full details on social media, but they still nit taking interest.
