Hey guys today I am gonna review about the flip kart which is a popular online shopping site. 2 years before I had ordered a net gear WiFi router from this site it was delivered within time and when I started using it the router had stopped working within a week.
Then I spoke to the customer care of flip kart about the router they told me that the model of the router had some issues, if the model has issue then why they are selling those models online, they also told me that the delivery boy would collect the item within a week but they took 1 month and my refund of the router was also given to me after 2 months. So according to my experience this online shopping site is hopeless and from that day till now I never did online shopping from flip kart. I have experienced the worst customer service from this site and also the worst product quality.
So guys I will suggest you that please don't shop online from this site there are many more online shopping sites go with it. Thank you.
