On 16th June, I bought a mobile Motorola edge 60 from Flipkart, at Rs 26000.
I got delivery of the same on 18 June in evening.
I found heating issue of mobile Motorola edge 60.
Raise a complaint way email on 20 June 2025, secondly unable to write a complaint in flipkart apps reason I don't know, I also tried chatting in there app but not worth.
No one has replied my email till 22 June.
I continuously written email on daily basis.
Flipkart forcing me to visit service center and handover my mobile which I know waste of my full day. The same requested to flipkart that I am unable to visit service because of my job.
But flipkart not listen my request and forcing me to visit Motorola service center.
I visited on 24 June at 12:20 pm Motorola Service Center at Marol branch. I have seated till 5 PM, because of very slow process of only single person handling service with their lazy way. My whole day waste because of Flipkart.
Why we purchased mobile from Online service agent, when they are not helping us even we purchased high end mobile.
Frustrating very bad experience faced with Flipkart and Motorola.
