I placed an order for a pre-workout supplement from Fitnesstack expecting their promised “fast delivery,” but it took over two weeks to arrive. The tracking link provided no real-time updates, showing no movement for days. It showed that the order is in transit but there was no progress in the status. This lack of transparency was frustrating, especially since I rely on supplements to maintain my fitness routine. Not only this but, my recent order of whey protein arrived in terrible condition—the seal was torn, and powder had spilled all over the box. The packaging was flimsy, with no bubble wrap or padding to protect the product. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to send multiple photos and promised a replacement. Even though they replaced the product, the entire process took more than a week. This has happened for the second time in the last five orders. I am thinking of switching to some other retailer.
