Products are defective. After delivery they refuse to take it back or provide replacement.
Very bad service.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from FirstCry.
Their customer service interface is poor. There is no toll free number. And although they mentioned that they will call back. None calls back and this is the trap which goes against the exchange policy.
Quality of the product is also bad. Price reduction is fake. Actual price itself is same when inquired nearby shops.
