The FIrebolt Ninja Call Pro Max digital watch was Bought in September 2024 & went bad after 4 months only. The inside magnet of watch failed and hence the usb magnetic head charger stopped sticking to watch socket thus charging has stopped. Watch is lying unused . Since one month 80 mails have been exchanged and several times phones made to customer service. No response. Every time precomposed mails are repeatedly sent asking information again and again and asking to repeatedly fill out online form. Zero action. Despite messaging director Arnav Kishore .No action. The call Centre wont lift phone but say link is sent to mobile number, which never comes. if some time it connects, They will say pl fill online form. Hence fake customer service, fake warranty. Nothing is done only prepared mails sent again and again asking same information . The whole conduct is of fraudulent practice .All service centers are closed. In Delhi no Centre. Non stop harassment and only mails going on. Watch bought for health monitoring is lieing useless .Avoid this company and products. Go for reputed genuine brand
