Reliable site. Review on Fashos

I have ordered two pairs of sandals from fashos.com by cash on delivery option. I used discount coupons offered on site dealsofindiaonline.com. I received the sandals within 2- 3 working days and in very good condition. Then I ordered a pair of Reebok shoe from the site. I ordered the wrong size. I clicked on the chat icon on the site. The person on chat was very polite and she said that the person will come and collect the shoe and then they will do the quality check. If  shoe is found in good condition, they will dispatch the shoe with right size. They were very nice and honest in their approach.

Although, I didn't receive the right shoe as they are saying that shoe is out of stock and they will dispatch, when the new stock will arrive. The way they handle queries on online chat is awesome. I like shopping at this site . Although there is not much variety on the site.
