Don't buy Faber chimney.
Mine was bought 15 days ago. Installation has not been done. The installation has been outsourced to a bunch of illiterates. I had to call twice a day everyday. They say they are coming, they will be there in one hour, on the way etc and never come. Finally they came after 10 days, fixed only the pipe. They took 1750. Later we realised it was a broken pipe. They refused to replace it. They have still not installed the chimney. Today they have been dodging again by saying we will come in the morning, then changed to afternoon, now again they say they will come in the evening. This is daily routine. DO NOT BUY Faber. Very unprofessional. Disgusting. They don't care about customers.
